Graphite Architect sells original works of art by Jeff Lazuka through the website graphitearchitect.com (the “site”) These terms and conditions govern your use of this site. By using this site you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Returns Policy (“these policies”) . If you do not agree with these policies, your sole remedy is to not use this site.

Ownership of Content - Intellectual Property; The materials contained in this site are protected by United States copyright law, all rights reserved and all other laws of the United States. Graphite Architect has the exclusive intellectual property rights to all photos, images, text, videos and any other material or content included on this site.

Social Media Content Sharing; You may share content on social media that is linked to this site.

Third Party Services; This site uses third party services, applications or sites, that make available their content and services. When you access those third party services, applications or sites, you are bound by the terms and policies of the third party.

Purchasing Policy; On completion of your order you will be sent a verification email. Graphite Architect will make reasonable efforts to ship the artwork to you within 7 days of the order being placed. When your artwork has been shipped you will be sent an email notification of shipping that includes the delivery tracking number if applicable.

Payments; eCommerce Payment Processor; Payments are made through a third party payment processors, Swipe & Apple Pay, and processing of payments is subject to the third party’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You agree to pay Graphite Architect, through the payment processor, the full amount as charged.

Customer Complaints; If there are any problems or discrepancies with your order, you shall notify me within 5 days of receipt of your delivery via email to info@graphitearchitect.com

Limitation of Liability; Graphite Architect liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the artwork and your sole remedy is limited to the amount you paid for the artwork.

Governing Law; These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. You agree that any action to enforce these Terms and Conditions will be brought solely in the State and Federal courts located in Illinois.

By using this site you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Returns Policy (“these policies”) . If you do not agree with these policies, your sole remedy is to not use this site.

Personal Identifying Information; Your personal information is only used for the purpose of fulfilling orders, sending newsletters and customer support. Your personal information is not shared with third parties other than third party service providers for the sole purpose of providing these services.

Fulfilling Orders; This Site collects and retains information related to transactions carried out on this site for the purpose of fulfilling orders, including your name, phone number, email and address. This site uses third party e-commerce payment processors Swipe & Apple Pay (“payment services”) When using these Payment Services, they collect and store personal information required to complete the purchase, as outlined in their Privacy Policies.

Customer Support; When you send emails or other communications, we keep a record of that correspondence. Customer support inquiries are retained in order to provide information or assistance as requested by you.

Entire Agreement; These Terms and Conditions, Returns Policy and Privacy Policy (can be viewed at Checkout), are the entire agreement between Graphite Architect and you.
